I thought the facilities were excellent and well decorated. The pool and hot tub were a highlight, THEY really delivered! All the staff were friendly, which I appreciated.
The room felt basic, it needed some updates. It was freezing cold with the thinnest blanket provided during winter, I was so uncomfortable!

My check-in process was quick and efficient, and I found the staff to be very great. The room was great (I particularly loved the layout). I appreciated the secure parking. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions. We have Tesla so it was very convenient for us that hotel offer for charging ports.
The clothing iron in the room was not working properly. It could definitely use an update. (I needed to iron my shirt).

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, providing easy access to transportation. Walking to all downtown attractions is easy. There are several coffee shops nearby too.

i received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. breakfast dining had great selections, prices were decent, and service was great. i loved that the bathroom had a full pull-out lighted make-up mirror. this feature makes eye make-up much easier.
i could not sleep because of very loud a/c noise. when the a/c fully runs, it makes an extreme loud noise, it woke me up all night.

The hotel has a fifth-floor outdoor pool that is heated. It ensures a comfortable swim. the pool area includes ample seating. i did not see it overcrowded.

the rooms have a good standard, including the bathrooms and beds. there is a suite with a living room and an "open fireplace". the rooms are spacious.

the location is central and provides easy access to shopping and restaurants. bc place, public transit, and other attractions are nearby. the skytrain to the airport is close by.

the reception was cute. the front desk staff greeted me every time i left the hotel. i also liked that the restaurant had excellently prepared food.
the room had a loud a/c. i could not sleep due to the noise. the a/c started to make extreme loud noises when it fully ran.
